Guidelines for submission of abstracts

  1. Abstract title: must be in lower case letters
  2. Author or author's names: initial(s) of first name(s), family name- in upper case
  3. Author's institution: hospital, city, state in lower case
  4. Paragraph headings should be set out on separate lines and in bold text
Do not include tables, graphics, or charts. If necessary you can send them in email attachment. The attachment must be formatted as Microsoft Word document format. Only one attachment will be accepted.
