Important dates
By 10th April 2012:
Deadline for the submission of the abstracts. The abstracts should be submitted through the form Aplication for Active Participation exclusively on line.
By 31st March 2012:
Most favourable deadline for registration (submission of the registration form, payment of the registration fee, accommodation reservation, accommodation payment).
By 30th April 2012:
Mid-term deadline for registration (submission of the registration form, payment of the registration fee, accommodation reservation, accommodation payment) with discounted registration fees.
By 31st May 2012:
Publication of the final draft of the scientific programme of the meeting on the official website
Final deadline for on-line registration and pre-registration (submission of the registration form, payment of the registration fee), as well as for accommodation reservation and for payment of the reserved accommodation.
After this deadline, only on-site registration will be possible.
31st May 2012 is the final deadline for all payments. Please note that registration and services not reimbursed by this date will not be guaranteed.
