Registration fees

* Registration forms delivered to the meeting organizer after 31st May 2012 will be regarded as “on-site” registration. In such cases the relevant registration fee will rise by the extra fee of additional € 30,-.

On Site Registration

(Registration Forms delivered to the Organizer on the 1st June 2012 and later)

On Site Registration includes:
- Participation in the Scientific Sessions
- Free Admission to Meeting Presentations (Accompanying Exhibition)
- Book of Abstracts
- Meeting Coffee Breaks
- Meeting Lunches
- Admission to the Social Programme of the Meeting (is possible only if the registration fee is paid until 5th June 2012 the latest)

Note:

In case of registration (submission of the registration form and / or remittance of the registration fee payment) after 31st May 2012 as well as in case of on-site registration, there will be an additional fee of € 30 added to the relevant registration fee.

Airport Transfers

Registered participants can order Airport Transfer from the Prague Ruzyně Airport to the Top Hotel Prague and from the Top Hotel Prague to the Prague Ruzyně Airport, distance 25 km.
