11th International Congress ISDCI 2009

Registration fees

* Important Note – Prolongation of the most favourable deadline for registration.
The most favourable deadline for registration is prolonged until 14th April 2009, so that all applicants can register at 11th Congress of the International Society of Developmental and Comparative Immunology in the first most favourable deadline.

** To qualify for the Student fee, the applicants are required to submit a valid confirmation issued by the school / department / institute concerned. The confirmation must be submitted along with the registration form otherwise the application for the discounted fee will be ignored.

*** In case of on-site registration, there will be an extra fee of € 20 added to the relevant registration fee. Also registration forms delivered to the congress organiser after 31st May 2009 will be regarded as “on-site” registration. In such cases, as well, the relevant registration fee will rise by the extra fee of additional € 20.

Registration fees for members, non-members and students staying at the Diplomat Hotel Prague include:
- Congress registration
- 6 nights in the hotel
- Student rate applies to shared rooms only
- 6 breakfasts
- 8 congress coffee breaks
- 4 lunches
- Welcome Reception
- Closing banquet - Gala Dinner in historical Prague
- Congress bag and materials

Registration fees for accompanying persons staying at the Diplomat Hotel Prague include:
- Congress registration
- 6 nights in the hotel (in double rooms only)
- 6 breakfasts
- Welcome Reception
- Closing banquet - Gala Dinner in historical Prague

Registration fees for members, non-members and students NOT staying at the Diplomat Hotel Prague include:
- Congress registration
- 8 congress coffee breaks
- 4 lunches
- Welcome Reception
- Closing banquet - Gala Dinner in historical Prague
- Congress bag and materials

Registration fees for accompanying persons NOT staying at the Diplomat Hotel Prague include:
- Congress registration
- Welcome Reception
- Closing banquet - Gala Dinner in historical Prague

Free registration for representatives includes:
-accompanying exhibition registration
-daily congress coffee breaks
-congress bag with materials

Registration can be made exclusively on line. Kindly complete the on-line Registration Form and submit it by clicking on the „Submit“ button.


Attention
M14th April 2009 is the last possible date for registration and for payment of the registration fee in advance!

After this deadline, only on-site registration will be possible.

10th June 2009 is the final deadline for all payments. Please note that registration and services not reimbursed by this date will not be guaranteed. In case of on-site registration (registration after 10th June 2009, or registration in person, in the Congress Centre of the Diplomat Hotel Prague within the opening hours of the Registration Centre), there will be an extra fee of € 20 added to the relevant registration fee.

For students and post-docs who are members of the ISDCI, the application to request a travel bursary can be found here

Membership Fee

The participants have the possibility to pay their membership fee for 2009 within the registration for the ISDCI Congress 2009.

The membership fees are:

Full membership: € 47,-
includes online subscription of our journal Dev.Comp.Immunology

Student membership: € 32,-
includes online subscription of our journal Dev.Comp.Immunology

To include the printed version of our journal, the membership fee is:
Full membership: € 78,-
Student membership: € 64,-
