The provision of additional equipment and services ordered through this form covers the dates from 7th to 10th May 2008. The ordered equipment and services will be delivered to you upon your registration in the Conference Centre - Diplomat Hotel Prague along with the ordered exhibition space.

All equipment offered is part of the Octanorm 8 exhibition system.
