Accommodation services

You can book accommodation through the Registration Form.

Kindly get acquainted with the offer of hotel accommodation and choose a hotel according to your requirements. For further information, including a city map, please go to the official website of the meeting.
The prices of accommodation are indicated within the List of Hotels. Please contact Congress Prague in case you have any special requirements.

The largest amount of hotel rooms reserved for the event is at disposal directly in the Hotel Diplomat Prague – the venue of the meeting. Generally, all the other offered hotels are situated close to the site of the meeting and are easily accessible by the public transportation. All offered hotel rooms have standard furnishings (bath/WC or shower/WC). The indicated price of accommodation is per person / bed / one night and includes breakfast and VAT.

General binding conditions and cancellation conditions regulate the rules of participation, registration, payments, and possible cancellations of registration or services ordered, and apply to all participants of the meeting. The full text of these conditions is stated on the reverse side of the printed version of the Registration Form, or else on the official website of the meeting.
