Guidelines for submission of abstracts

  1. Abstract title: must be in lower case letters
  2. Author or author's names: initial(s) of first name(s), family name- in upper case
  3. Author's institution: hospital, city, state in lower case
  4. Paragraph headings should be set out on separate lines and in bold text
Do not include tables, graphics, or charts. If necessary you can send them in email attachment. The attachment must be formatted as Microsoft Word document format. Only one attachment will be accepted.

Application for active presentation does not substitute the Registration form for the participant of the conference. In order to be registered as a participant in the conference, it is necessary to complete and submit the registration form and reimburse the respective registration fee (see instructions in the section Registration).
