By 31st May 2011:
Most favourable deadline for registration (submission of the registration form, payment of the registration fee, accommodation reservation, accommodation payment).
By 30th June 2011:
Mid-term deadline for registration (submission of the registration form, payment of the registration fee, accommodation reservation, accommodation payment) with discounted registration fees.
By 31st May 2011:
Deadline for the submission of the abstracts and of applications for the poster section.
The application for lecture or poster presentations, including abstracts, is to be submitted exclusively on line; that is through the form Application for Active Participation which may be found on
the official website.
By 31st July 2011:
Final deadline for on-line registration and pre-registration (submission of the registration form, payment of the registration fee), as well as for accommodation reservation and for payment of the reserved accommodation.
31st July 2011 is the final deadline for all payments.
Please note that registration and services not reimbursed by this date will not be guaranteed.
On-site registration and payment will not be possible.
