Manual for Registration for the Active Participation and for the Tennis Tournament WMTS 2011
To register for the Active Participation (Presentation Form) or for the Tennis Tournament (Tennis Tournament Aplication Form ) follow these instructions please.
- Well and completely filled in form ( Presentation Form, Tennis Tournament Application Form) has to be sent by email to the office@congressprague.cz, or by fax to the +420 241 445 806 or by mail to the Congress Prague, Nad Obci I/24, 140 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic.
- There has to be Your correct email address written in the form. Only with correct email address organizer can confirm acceptance of Your Presentation Form or Tennis Tournament Aplication Form.
- Each Presentation Form has to be sent together with the Abstract of Your lecture.
- In case of any questions do not hesitate to contact congress organizer, Congress Prague on the office@congressprague.cz.

Active Presentation, Abstracts
General Information, Technical Equipment and Proposition
Active presentations are possible either as oral lectures or poster presentations.
Applicants for lecture or poster presentations are obliged to submit their application form, including abstracts, exclusively on line, that is through the form Application for Active Participation, which can be found on the official website by 31st May 2011.
Format of presentations – audiovisual equipment
In general, PC presentations only will be accepted. Presentations are acceptable only in the format Microsoft Powerpoint (.ppt, version 95,97,2000,XP,2003,2007), in which the video sequences (.avi (also DivX version) and .mpeg) may be incorporated. Video sequences may be put on individually. Files in the format .mov (quicktime) must be exported into the format .avi. Images must be in one of the following formats: .jpg, .gif, .tif, or .bmp (the format .pict is not acceptable). Also acceptable are Flash presentations and animations, set for full screen view. The presentations are to be submitted either on CD/DVD or USB keys. Presentations on other than the recommended media will not be accepted.
Further possible will be presentations using overhead projection and VHS video-projection.
In case of any specific requirements for your presentation regarding technical / audiovisual equipment etc., please contact the office of Congress Prague on time well before the meeting. Requirements brought up as late as in the course of the congress will not be satisfied.
Preview Point
The Preview Point will be located directly in the conference room Bohemia (Grandhotel Pupp), and will be clearly marked. It will be equipped for computer projections.
Poster Presentations
The size of the workspace for placing the posters at the site of the congress: 180 cm (height) and 98 cm (width), bottom material: white lamino, installation with Velcro fastener – provided by the meeting organizer. Poster presentations will be labelled with sequence numbers in accordance with the poster overview in the scientific programme.
The abstracts of the poster presentations will be included in the book of abstracts of the congress.
Abstracts
If you are a speaker or in case you plan to submit a poster for the poster section of the congress, please use the appropriate on-line Application for Active Participation form. The form may be found on the official website. Other than on-line applications will not be accepted.
The deadline for the submission of the abstracts and of applications for the poster section is 31st May 2011.
The abstract must not exceed 3000 characters. The abstracts of the accepted presentations will be collected in the book of abstracts of the congress, which will be given to every registered participant upon their accreditation in the Registration Centre of the congress.
