Registration rules and cancellation policy

WMTS 2011 Cancellation Policy

1. Hotel availability cannot be guaranteed if hotel reservation and payment of the whole reservation are made after 1st July 2011.
2. Until 1st July 2011 a first night deposit for the reserved hotel room must be made along with registration fee, after 1st July 2011 hotel reservation has to be paid in whole extent in accordance with the Cancellation Policy, accommodation which is not paid untill 1st July 2011 can not be guaranteed.
3. For cancellations of registration or hotel booking untill 1.7.2011, € 50 will be held back for administration charges.
4. For cancellations (registration or hotel booking) received between 1st July 2011 – 31st July 2011, a 50% refund will be made.
5. There will be no refunds for cancellations (registration or hotel booking) received after 31st July 2011.

Instructions on filling out and submission of the Tournament Application Form:

1. The WMTS 2011 Tournament Application Form is available on-line on the official website of the event in PFD format.
2. Please note: each player may enter a maximum of three events! Please read further details in the Tournament Application Form!
3. If you still need a Doubles and/or Mixed Partner when registering: please type „need partner“ into the appropriate Doubles- and/or Mixed Partner name fields. We will try to allocate suitable Doubles-/Mixed- Partners in correspondence with your registration data.
4. The red outlined fields „Name“, the first „Birthday“, „Participant’s e-mail“ and the Checkbox „You have read....“ are required fields!
5. You can (and you should) save a copy of the filled-out form for personal documentation.
