Registrační pravidla a stornovací podmínky

General binding conditions

1. On-line and on-site registration, hotel accommodation and transfer services, as well as other services for the conference, are exclusively arranged by Congress Prague, professional organizer of congresses and conferences (www.congressprague.cz).

3. The only way to be registered for the conference is through the completed registration and accommodation form, on-line on registration and accommodation form). Registration is only regarded valid when the organizer has received the completed registration form and the payment for ordered services (registration, accommodation, etc.).
4. In case of on-site registration (registration after 27th March 2010, or registration in person, in the conference centre within the running hours of the registration desk), an additional fee of € 20 will be added to the relevant registration fee.
5. Substitutions in registration (substitution of an already registered participant by another person) may be made at any time if necessary. Any substitution, however, is conditioned by submitting all obligatory registration details concerning the substitute person to the Conference Secretariat / Congress Prague in case of a change of a conference participant. Without submitting these details, no such substitution will be accepted. The substitute participant will receive all services in accordance to the registration of the original delegate. No further fees or sanctions will be applied.
6. Registration to the conference, hotel accommodation reservation, and reservation of other services is only regarded valid when the professional organizer, i.e. Congress Prague, has received the completed registration and accommodation form and the registration fee of the applying participant, as well as the payment for reserved accommodation and other services.
7. Admission to the scientific, social, and accompanying programmes of the conference is only possible with a participant’s registration badge. The registration badge is personal, non-delegable. Each registered participant will receive their badge upon their accreditation at the registration desk.
8. Kindly address all possible questions, specifications, administrative queries related to your registration, hotel accommodation, other services, payments and corresponding documents, or your comments and reclamations exclusively and in person to the registration centre of the conference (Congress Prague), which will be at your disposal in the course of the conference as follows:

   March 28: 07.00 – 19.30
   March 29: 07.30 – 19.30
   March 30: 08.00 – 19.30
   March 31: 08.00 – 16.00
   

Cancellation conditions

1. In case of a cancellation of a valid registration or accommodation reservation by March 1, 2010, and provided written notice is received by March 1, 2010, a full refund minus 10% cancellation charge will be given for both registration and accommodation services.
2. In case of a cancellation of a valid registration or accommodation reservation before 15th March 2010, a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the reserved and cancelled services will be applied.
3. In case of a cancellation of a valid registration or accommodation reservation and other reserved services after 16th March 2010, a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the reserved and cancelled services will be applied. No refunds of payments for any services will be possible after this date.
4. A cancellation of a valid registration or an accommodation reservation or other services reserved must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax, or post) to the address of the Congress Prague: Congress Prague, Ltd., Nad Obcí I/24, 140 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic, fax: +420 241 445 806, e-mail: office@congressprague.cz. The actual date of delivery of such written notice to the Congress Prague is to be regarded the exact and effective cancellation date.
5. In case of a cancellation of a valid registration or an accommodation reservation or other services reserved in accordance with these cancellation conditions, the Congress Prague has the right to charge the respective cancellation fee against the already reimbursed price of the valid registration and of the reserved hotel accommodation or other services. The reimbursed deposits, cancellation fees and refunds will be settled by the Congress Prague after the closing of the conference, within two weeks after the end of the event.
