Registration rules and cancellation conditions

Congress registrations and related services orders (hotel accommodation, tickets, congressional lunch, etc. - hereinafter referred to as the related services) from the published organiser's offer can be done only via online registration form. Registration and order of related services shall be valid at the time of payment of the registration fee and the price for the ordered related services on organizer's account.
A 200 CZK / 10€ supplement will be charged to the price of the registration fee if a participant registers from June 15th 2022 to June 17th 2022 on-site in the Convention Registration Centre. Registration on June 13th 2022 and later is considered to be a on-site registration.
The registration card is personal and non-transferable.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Following rules and conditions are applied for cancellation of registration, accomodation or related services orders:

if registration is cancelled by 16 May 2022, a cancellation fee of £200 will be charged
if registration is cancelled on 17 May - 5 June 2022, 50% of the registration fee will be charged as a cancellation fee
if registration is cancelled on June 6, 2022 and later, 100% of the registration fee will be charged as a cancellation fee

Accommodation

cancellation of a confirmed hotel accommodation order by 1 April 2022 at the latest with a handling fee of 10%
accommodation cancelled on 2 April - 1 May 2022: 70 % of total charge
accommodation cancelled on 2 May - 22 May 2022: 80 % of total charge
accommodation cancelled on 23 May – 5 June 2022: 90 % of total charge
accommodation cancelled on June 6, 2022 and later: 100 % of total charge

cancellation of registration or accommodation booking or related services orders must be done in writing (e-mail, fax, postal delivery) to the organizer: Congress Prague, s.r.o., Na Celné 826/8, 150 00 Praha 5, e-mail: office@congressprague.cz. The registration or ordered services will be considered canceled by the date of receipt of written notification to the organizer.
in case of cancellation, the organiser is entitled to charge the relevant fee. Settlement of the advance payments will be made by the organiser no later than 14 days after the end of the conference.

Cancellation conditions due to Covid

if the event is cancelled due to government regulations a handling cancellation fee of 10% of ordered services will be charged
