1.     You can register for the congress and order related services (hotel accommodation, tickets, congress lunch, etc. - hereinafter referred to as related services) from the advertised offer of the organizer exclusively online, via the registration form. Registration and the order of related services are valid upon payment of the registration fee and the price for the ordered related services to the organizer's account.

2.     A participant who registers between October 31 - November 1, 2023 on-site at the congress registration center will be charged a surcharge of CZK 200 on top of the registration fee, registration on October 30, 2023 and later is considered on-site registration.

3.     The registration card is personal and non-transferable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following terms and conditions apply when canceling a registration or ordering companion program services:

·       Cancellations before August 30, 2023 will incur a cancellation fee 200 CZK.

·       Cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee will be charged if registration is canceled between August 31 and September 30, 2023.

·       Cancellation of registration on September 31, 2023 and later will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the registration fee.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

·       when canceling a binding order for hotel accommodation between August 1 and September 15, 2023, a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the canceled accommodation is automatically charged.

·       when canceling a binding hotel accommodation from 16 September 2023 and later, a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the canceled accommodation is automatically charged.

·       Cancellation of registration or order of hotel accommodation or order of related services must be made in writing (by electronic mail, postal delivery) to the address of the organizer: Congress Prague, s.r.o., Na Celné 826/8, 150 00 Prague 5, e-mail: office@congressprague.cz . The date of cancellation of registration or ordered related services is considered to be the date of delivery of the written notification to the organizer.

·       The organizer is entitled (in case of cancellation of registration or order of accommodation or order of related services), according to these cancellation conditions, to charge the relevant cancellation fee against the paid registration price or the price of ordered accommodation or the price of ordered related services. Payment of advance payments will be made by the organizer no later than 14 days after the end of the conference.

Cancellation policy - Covid

·       if the event is canceled due to government regulations, a handling cancellation fee of 10% of the ordered services will be charged.
