Notes

(1) Upon on the spot registration (at the Congress Registration Center) there is an additional charge of € 6 for the valid registration fee.
(2) The condition for the granting of a discounted registration fee to a postgraduate student is the age up to 35 years reaching in 2019 and the submission of a copy of the postgraduate study certificate, before the doctor's attestation a letter (confirmation) signed by the head of the department together with the application for participation.
(3) Registration in the Company Representative category is only possible if the Company participates in the Congress as an exhibitor or partner, in addition to the assigned free exhibitor registrations.
(4) Grant from Congress organizer for Prague Surgical Days 2019 - Physicians Section
Organizer of XXVI. Prague Surgical Days 2019 - 1st Surgical Clinic of the First Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and General University Hospital in Prague - with the aim of supporting and enabling members of the Czech Surgical Society and other professional societies - organizational units support grant to cover the total cost of a valid registration fee. The grant will be awarded to a physicians who will register at HERE and will pay the registration fee according to the rules set out below.

Conditions for grant support:
  1. A grant may only be awarded to a physician, a member of a professional society of the CzMA. The grant is awarded by name and cannot be delegated to a third person.
  2. Anyone interested in participating in a congress with grant support must submit the on-line registration form of the Prague Surgical Days participant to the congress organizer on time (see grant specification) and pay the registration fee with the grant.
