Welcome to the SFL Forum 2015, the 4th annual meeting of the Stent for Life Initiative, a joint project of the European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions (EAPCI),
a registered branch of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), and EuroPCR. This year’s meeting is held in Prague, Czech Republic, during 27-28 February 2015.
The SFL Forum 2015 commitment is to share best practice, inspire and learn from the experiences of SFL countries across Europe and internationally. This year, several aspects of ACS treatment and STEMI management will be reviewed. Leading interventional cardiologists from Europe, Asia, Gulf countries and South America will address hot topics including how to optimise STEMI networks and p-PCI procedures.
We look forward to learning about the impact of the SFL Initiative on healthcare environments from the perspective of SFL countries.
Stent for Life’s mission is to increase ACS patients’ access to lifesaving revascularisation treatment and to support the implementation of ESC clinical practice guidelines at national and regional levels through formulation of strategies, creation and implementation of educational programmes, advocacy activities and awareness campaigns.
