On a professional level, we are able to prepare and organize a complex congress event based on any assignment, optimise the choice of congress capacities, compile a budget balance, build up and realize a congress project, and arrange a set of congress services that consists of addressing and contacting the participants, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors, designing, compiling, and distribution of congress information bulletins and prints.

We handle complex registration and accommodation procedures, and carry on all-round co-operation on preparation and conception of the scientific programme. We are able to arrange high-quality congress catering, transfers, social and accompanying programmes, and various services for the participants.

The presentation of congresses, conferences, and other events each has its own graphic design, corresponding with the congress prints, promotion materials, and other presentations. The final presentation is usually in Czech and English language versions.
